– Semi-private sessions (2-3 people) offer personalized strength training in a supportive environment. Starting with mobility and nutritional assessments, we tailor workouts to your needs. Expert trainers guide you through compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, bench press, lunges, etc., adapting to your fitness level. We address restrictions, ensuring a pain-free, effective workout.
