Julio is absolutely incredible and you will not regret making the decision to join Prosper Fitness. Julio doesn't care about how people look, that's just a bonus result that I am enjoying. What matters to him is how we feel inside our bodies and minds, our strength and how long we live to spend time with our loved ones and kill it at our goals in life and career. I was obese and depressed when I started with him and although the journey continues everyday, I am the happiest and healthiest I have been in 15 years. I have lost weight, gained muscle, but more importantly and something I didn't expect, my head game 🧠 has improved immensely. Julio believes in me and I believe in him. I also started, as per Julio's suggestion, to work with Mélodie in her group sessions on Saturday where I have learned new stretches, exercises and found camaraderie with her and the other clients. I've been training at Prosper Fitness with Julio for 6 months now, and I've never felt so strong and confident in my body's abilities, at last at 32 years old. This is coming from a girl who used to think she was allergic to the gym, and who failed gym class in high school. Julio was unfazed by my inexperience ; he demystifies the whole process, makes it fun and accessible, and at the same time can get as technical as you want him to be, which is awesome for the nerdy people among us. He offers a balanced approach combining strength training, mobility and flexibily work, and nutrition coaching, fully tailored to the person he's working with.
