Mélodie is passionate about travel, good food, and sports in all its forms. She became a certified trainer to combine her love for sports and her philosophy of true well-being through physical activity. Long inactive due to health issues, the discovery of weightlifting reignited her passion for sports and its benefits. Competitive but not excessively so, she enjoys challenges, but even more so, witnessing others overcome their own challenges. That's why, for the past 4 years, she has chosen to accompany her loyal clients with tailored and personalized programs to help them achieve their goals
