SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING
This is our version of one-on-one personal training—but with a more accessible approach. Traditional personal training can cost upwards of $100 per hour, but at Prosper Fitness, we believe elite coaching should be within reach for everyone. That’s why our semi-private sessions offer personalized workouts tailored to your goals and lifestyle, but at half the cost, with greater flexibility.
Your training sessions will take place in a small group of up to 3 clients. This intimate size allows you to receive the same personalized coaching as you would in a one-on-one setting, along with the added benefit of connection and support from others who are on a similar journey.
