Update Your Mental Programming

We have a few days left before the next month and 65 days left before 2026. That’s 65 opportunities to take small, intentional actions every single day.

Some people might already be thinking,

“The year’s almost over. I’ll start fresh in January.”

But here’s the truth. You don’t have to wait for anything.
You just have to flip the switch in your head and decide that starting today, you’ll begin taking small steps that actually move you forward.

The question is, toward what?

Right now, you’re a human being reading this message, a complex system of beliefs, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. All of these are connected and form what we call your mental programming.

That programming didn’t start when you became an adult, or when you left your parents’ house, or when you started your career.
It started when you were a child, even before you were born. The energy, the stress, and the environment you were exposed to began shaping the way you see the world today.

If you grew up in a home filled with tension or uncertainty, chances are some of that programming still lives inside you.
The version of you that exists today, the one reading this email, was shaped years ago.

This doesn’t make you broken. It makes you human.
But it also means you have to take responsibility for reprogramming yourself if you want to experience life differently.

If you struggle with anxiety, lack of consistency, or you keep starting something and falling off a few weeks later, ask yourself why.
Ask how your early environment might have shaped your responses.

The first few years of your life built the foundation for your habits, fears, and mindset. The good news is that you can rewrite the code.
That’s the work of self-awareness and growth, updating your own software so it runs smoother, faster, and cleaner.

If you’re happy with the way you’re experiencing life, keep going.
But if you’re not, if something inside you knows there’s more, then it’s time to evolve.

Because without conscious effort, nothing changes.
Years will pass, your body will age, and you’ll remain stuck in the same loops.

Growth doesn’t happen by accident.
It happens when you decide to make small, daily improvements that compound over time. Just like we train muscles in the gym, we have to train our minds.

Personal development isn’t a luxury. It’s maintenance.
Just like updating your phone or your computer, you need to keep updating your mental system.

That’s what true self-care is about.
Massages, workouts, or spa days are great, but they’re just a piece of the puzzle. Real growth comes from the rituals you practice when no one’s watching.

Let me share mine.

The night before, I make sure my headphones are next to my bed. As soon as I wake up, headphones on with motivational audio and mindset reset.

Then I move my body a bit, stretch, brush my teeth, and wash my face. I sit down, take a few deep breaths, and grab my journal.

I write what I’m grateful for, what I want to manifest, and how I want to show up for the people who depend on me. I read for 30 minutes, have my coffee, and by that time Rachel’s up and we share breakfast.

Nothing fancy, but consistent.
And trust me, on the days I skip it, I feel the difference.
I’m less focused, more reactive, and the whole day feels off.

This routine keeps me grounded, centered, and growing.

I started doing personal development almost ten years ago, and I can tell you it’s a lifelong process. Like peeling an onion, there’s always another layer to discover.

If you’re serious about understanding yourself on a deeper level, I highly recommend the book “The Mountain Is You” by Brianna Wiest.
It’s powerful, especially if you’re ready to face your patterns and take control of your mindset.

I hope this email was helpful.
I just spent my first working hour of the day writing it for you because I want you to feel what I feel when I’m aligned.

The calm, the clarity, and the momentum.

We’ve got 65 days before 2026.
Let’s lock in our daily rituals, take responsibility for our mindset, and finish the year strong.
